TREATMENT OPTINOS

Minimally invasive laser treatment

Laser vein surgery is a minimally invasive procedure that is performed under local anesthesia. No cuts, no general anesthesia and no scars. The possibility of returning (recurrence) is only 3-5%, while the classical surgical stripping is about 20-30% Under the strict control of ultrasound, the millimeter incision is made in the enlarged vein to insert a thin laser probe. Unlike traditional surgery, laser treatment can also be done in the summer months.

EVLT

Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT) Endovenous Laser Therapy, otherwise known as EVLT, is a minimally-invasive alternative treatment for varicose veins.

SCLEROTHERAPY

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to eliminate varicose veins and spider veins. Sclerotherapy involves an injection of a solution (generally a salt solution) directly into the vein. The solution irritates the lining of the blood vessel, causing it to swell and stick together, and the blood to clot.

PHLEBECTOMY

Phlebectomy (also known as microphlebectomy, ambulatory phlebectomy, or stab avulsion) is a technique to remove varicose veins. In this procedure, several tiny cuts (incisions) are made in the skin through which the varicosed vein is removed.
